I looked at it when you first posted it. I wasn't impressed, but I didn't really dislike it ether. I was very netural to the site.

I'm sure that the lack of a support phone number might be a problem. Most customers will not sign up for a hosting company that doesn't have an address nor a phone number. Also your TOS doesn't have a date on it. You say you update it, but there is no way to know when the last time it was changed. Customers like to know when the TOS changes.

Also, you state your datacenter is in Houston ('cause it is thePlanet), but you take pounds, so it appears you are in GB. Customers perfer to work with local companies, I can't tell even which country you are in, though I assume GB.

Is this namesever right? ns.monyamickle.com [70.85.226.130], normally they are ns1 and ns2, yours are ns and ns2.

Your paypal default country is USA. Should it be GB?

Overall, there is nothing wrong with your site. It appears you offer nothing special to your customers,so you appear to be a standard reseller.

Excellent feedback, thanks. You are right in all you say. I am a standard reseller and adapted one of Hostgator's free templates. It obviously needs looking at again. I am currently having a logo made so I can add it to the Flash tutorials I am going to include. I intend selling in my local community so should perhaps reflect that in the website. I think I will not mention where the servers are located. Support phone number is tricky as I am a full-time teacher (and Dad to 2 with 3rd due in March) but am looking for an exit strategy, not entirely by hosting but partly at least. re TOS fair enough, I'll look into it. As far as I am aware the nameservers are correct as stated, but I will check with support. I will change Paypal default to UK. What sort of specials do you think I could offer?

Thanks again, this is very useful.

Thanks for that. I find the flash thing (made with Captivate) works OK from home but I get the same loading problem as you when I try from my work PC. I'll change it.

I'm not sure what to do about the contact info as I am in full time employment so can't be on the end of a phone. I have looked at out-sourcing help desk stuff, which is a possibility, but out-sourced phone is too expensive for me at mo.

Shouldn't this be Dallas, Texas?
