Positive A month after I signed on...

I ran into my first need to contact tech support late last night (Friday). Tech support was GREAT - getting me up and going on a Saturday!!

My issue was very technical (HTTP user-agent filtering) and the Gator went the extra mile (not sure my previous host would have) to ensure I was taken care of.

I signed a 3yr contract and couldn't be happier thus far. Great job guys!!
