Default ModernBill Maintenance

Good Evening,
We are planning on doing some maintenance on our ModernBill server Saturday morning at around 3AM Eastern time.

The maintenance will be a quick check for any type of corruption or inconstancy in the database. We will be attempting to optimize the the tables and settings in the maintenance as well.

We expect the maintenance to take up to 2 hours, but technical problems may occur (hopefully not).

Basically the billing system will be down. If you try to place an order during this time from 3-5AM EST, it won't work. The same goes if you try to log in to billing. If you have any emergencies, please contact sales and we'll take care of it once the upgrade/maintenance is complete.

Go to the MB homepage and click your invoice and you will see the paypal pay links.

https://secure.hostgator.com/billing/

You use your email address and the password you set when you signed up for the hosting.

You can also use the forgot password link if you don't remember it.

You can also click the Live Chat link in the top right corner and talk to someone who can point you in the right direction.

You're really sweet for answering. So here goes stupid question number 3:
I have a domain name and used that as my primary domain with my 14.95 a month package, Swamp?. Anyway, it says on the invoice "I will upate nameservers only'. does this mean I can or cannot place another website after this with a new domain name? I don't understand. I want to use sitebuilder or my own frontpage and bring the site to HostGator.

Is there a PDF guideline so I don't bug you?

No worries

No, it just means that your domain points to the hostgator server. You need to update the nameservers at your domain registrar.

You can host unlimited domains with your account, they just need to be pointed to the nameservers in your welcome email. To add the domains you can click Addon Domains in cPanel.

what about sitebuilder? I uploaded a template, and I didn't see the 4500 claimed up there by the way or I was looking at the right place, now where do I go to design and fix it up?

templates.hostgator.com and you have to upload them via FTP or cPanel and edit their HTML... you can not use SiteBuilder to edit them.

Exclamation Re: ModernBill Maintenance

Hello, my account has been suspended (I've been told that it is not a problem from my side since I've paid everything, etc).

My clients will be greatly affected by this suspension. What is happening?

Thanks.

You need to open a trouble ticket with the sales department for assistance.
