Moderation?

I have just posted in reply to a thread in the shared hosting support forum, chatrooms help thread, and when I submitted my reply it said something along the lines of my post must be approved by a moderator first before appearing.

What gives?

Has something changed that I am not aware of?

Am I being moderated and if so why?

The same thing happens to my posts when they are lengthy. They never do get approved so I stopped spending time writing them
