ModelT has suffered a failure of one of the drives in its RAID array. We are taking the box down to swap out the failed drive and repairing the file system. We will get the box back online as soon as we can.

We will update this thread throughout the process.

The server is back online and serving pages. It will be slow on I/O bound tasks as it rebuilds its RAID array.
