The main front page of Host Gator website is not help full. Each website that I registered in show me an area which called customer area contain of every thing that customer need. I didn't know about this forum until I entered my Cpanel.. Even when I like to identify my self to Host Gator team by submitting a ticket. Support team must help me as a customer more than helping any visitors ( because no body identified to Host Gator ) Now I tried to download templates from Host Gator I got this message :
There was a problem getting your download.
To many download requests in the last 24 hours.
You must be a Host Gator customer to get access to our free templates
Before that I couldn't download any template and I got message telling me that I have to be a customer. I checked with supported online team but there where no solution.
All what I like to be in Host Gator is a customer area. To download every thing that I need also to contact with supported team I don't need to fill Email address user name etc. Because I'm known to Host Gator !! or I should be known to them !!

This is not a bad idea. However, I am sure that it would take some doing in order to get this kind of thing implemented since they are using/going to use all customized things as far as billing etc. But a place to go as a customer would not be a bad idea.

Maybe someday.
