Hello,
mikasa will be coming down 12/07 at 23:00 CST for a RAM replacement. The ETA for this procedure is 20 to 30 minutes. We will update this thread accordingly once we have more information. We apologize for the inconvenience and, as always, we thank you for your patience during this time.
