Hi All,
I am currently on VPS 9 holding a high traffic site. We are now in a need to migrate to dedicated as resource requirements have increased. One of the major sources of traffic to our site is email newsletters. We have maintained a very good sender reputations as high as 93 (senderscore.org) for the current IP we have. Now, is it possible to migrate to dedicated without IP change so that we can still use the same IP. We do not want to build reputation from scratch if we have to use a new IP. Is there any solution possible ? Thanks, Kamalkk |

You should setup a support ticket for this question. This is primarily a peer support forum. My initial response would be that your IP is going to change.

Yes, support person has replied back saying IP migration is not possible . Is it really technically not feasible to reprogram IP (porting IP) ? (Anyways it is within same hosting company...)
Thanks, Kamalkk |
