Hello,
So, all my tickets, except one, has disappeared from my area in your Ticket System. I had, including on those that disappeared, one ticket for which I was awaiting a response. Could someone verify, please? This is the second time that my tickets disappear. ![]() Thank you! P.S.: Sorry for the "Mi" instead of "My" in the post title.

Hello,
So, Josh tolds me that in around 1/2 hour all would be ok, but until now, almost 2 hours after, my tickets still not appearing. And any ticket I post disappears after the creation. I need a response from you HostGator Affiliates Program Suport Deparment, and I am not getting to obtain it. Could you verify, please? Best Regards.

Are you using more than 1 email address to submit these tickets? Do you have any records of the ticket IDs that went missing? If not, what is the email address that you are sending these from?

I always use the same one. I submitted a ticket and Drew looked after my problem and restored them.

All my new tickets since last month have disappeared! I always use the ticket system interface with my reseller account email and never sent any emails, so do not blame the emails adresses, it is AGAIN the ticket system that is defective... As a Beta tester for his new ticket system, i have tried for more than 6 weeks to contact GatorDrewH with his own thread on this forum, with PMs and with contacting tech support with a ticket. Support wrote me that they will transfer my message to him more than a week ago, no response up to now... I wonder what is the worst thing, the new ticket system with all the new problems or the PHP5/MySql5 update that is without any reply from DaveC for more than 2.5 weeks, when he wrote in the forum thread that he will post the servers names to be updated each night? I have a very very bad impression of HostGator, at this point, not telling us what is going on and leaving us in the dark! |

My tickets all disappeared yesterday also. In fact, the password was reset back to the original. I discovered this when I clicked on an open ticket to check on the status, it required me to log back on, which it said I had entered the wrong password and it emailed me the correct one. That is when I discovered the password changed. And once back in, no tickets. So I'm updating my open tickets via email right now. I'll submit another ticket with all of my ticket numbers to see if they get restored or not.

Hey guys sorry for these issues. I've needed to change the way a few things worked and as a result of ticket history came up. They should be visible now though.
It is pretty much best that if you have an issue at all with the ticket system, that you just get me to answer it. Besides me and a few of the level 3 admin's no one will really have a correct answer for you. If you guys have any issues with the ticket system, the best bet is to just email me directly at drew@hostgator.com If you submit a ticket, usually people try to fix it themselves and then it takes a few days to even get assigned to me. If you guys want, you can email me your phone number and I will give you a call back as soon as possible. I really can't think of a more direct way of being able to help anyone. It is much easier for me to help you guys over the phone, so if that is possible great! |
