Is anyone having problems with PHP scripts and email on Mercury?

Mercury is completely down for me including horde everything

now they just told me, that there was a critical file system error and they are restoring it. Not sure how long that will be.

i was told it was down for "unscheduled emergency maintenance" and an admin was looking into it. 9:15am chicago time.

It looks like the battery on the 3ware card is very weak and needs to be replaced.

Having a healthy battery on the server allows the array to be shut down cleanly if there was an outage. In this case due to a weak battery it may have caused minor corruption on a partition, but it was repairable.

As soon as the data center can acquire a good battery, or a new 3ware card we will replace it to keep the raid array running well.

Supposedly they rebooted the server.

That reboot was to replace the weak battery in the server.
