Unable to submit new support ticket. Get this error:
Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2) Apparently, you decided to upgrade the mail server during business hours (brilliant!), which disabled many of my customers email send/receive capability. After hours of frustration with chat and ticket support - when it worked briefly early this a.m. - who mostly told me to "make sure my smtp server is checked for authentication...!" it now appears that this mess has been going on for days! One of my clients is requesting I send him any mail messages that were sent to him today but did not get due this mess. Anyway I can retrieve them?? I cannot find any messages in /mail folders under affected accounts. They are empty. Are they gone for good? What's a good way to explain this to my customers? I would give you ticket numbers and such, but your ticket system doesn't work either. |

yes, I tried there more than once. Error on ticket submissions. Finally was able to get through on phone and was informed that the ticket support system was also down.

My mailbox did not automatically convert to the new format. A call in to the helpdesk and a rerunning of the script resolved the prolblem.

Has touareg completed the conversion yet? It appears new messages are being put into the inbox file on my domains. I was under the impression that new messages will be delivered to the cur folder with maildir. IMAP is reading cur, but not the inbox file. Is it part of the script to convert the inbox file over to the cur folder?
