Question Maybe looking at coming back

Hi I did join back in July only be it for 3 days ( problems at start),

and just wanted to know a few things if they changed?
this is what i get a moment i needs to match or better:

reseller account
  1. 10 gb space
  2. 200mb transfer
  3. unlimited all msql, pop ect
  4. spam assasin
  5. cpanel latest ver.
  6. php 5 +
  7. unlimited crons
  8. very easy and quick for me to buy domain names FOR ME.
( this is a must as current hosts it takes for ever going through 4-6 channels ( ever though they are very cheap $6/yr for .com)
THIS I NOTICE IS CHEEPER THAN hg????
  9. updates regular of cpanel and php etc server side.
  10. tech support quick with in 1 hour??
So am i asking too much or do i have a good deal already??

im looking at the alumium reseller but its a bit high

HG's smallest reseller account has better specs than the ones you gave.

If you are happy with what you have then I would stay there. I don't believe that HG is going to price match. If you want a definitive answer then you should contact sales at hostgator.com and see what they have to say.

Thanks for input i have sent email to Tenea in support

one last question my current hosts us /home2/..../html/

and i notice HG uses the normal /home/

as most of my scripts now call /home2/

im guessing i have to change once again the config.php file

That means you were on a second partition with your account on the other server. Yes you would need to edit the absolute paths wherever applicable.

Forget about that one.

It was mostly between 4 and 6 hours, for any reply, for the last 3 months.

Yes, I have to agree with support responses taking around 3 hours lately from my limited experience.
