Maximum Emails

Sorry if this is covered somewhere, but I can't seem to find it. What is the maximum number of emails that can be sent? I am getting maximum emails per hour error when trying to send out a newsletter to my members. Is there any way to increase whatever this setting is?

Also, does this limit apply per email account or all email accounts on that domain?

OK I didn't see it referenced when I scanned the TOS but knew it was mentioned in the forums before. One day HG will get a Table of Contents for all the vaguely referenced material
