If we set the email quota to "unlimited" for a mail account and that account has 3Meg of available disk space for the total hosting acount, what is the largest email attachment that a user can send and recieve?
Thanks |

Sorry I ment that their main hosting account has3 Gig available not 3Meg.
That is a crucial bit of information I miss quoted. Lets try that again. Thanks |

Email is by far the worst way to transfer files, so they limit file size. FTP is a far better way to go. Most people can create windows folders through My Network Places that allow them to ftp files.

Thanks,
Is that just setting up a public ftp site? I might try and install that. |

If you had 50 clients, it wouldn't be that hard to create 50 ftp accounts (if you plan supported it). It is far better than email and if you have an SSL it could be completely secure. |

Thank you very much for your insight. That sounds like the route I need to take. I will setup an ftp site for each customer.
Thanks, Darryl |
