When needed you should change master usernames if the user wants.. accounts are created by the master username before it.. Ex: erhan_professional
i registered with username ErhaN to hostgator.com but i dont want to send erhan_ like thing to my customers.. |

Your usernames should be 8 characters long, this will help avoid duplicate names.
Don't worry how your customer will feel about the name you've assigned, provided you never assign names like dumbass or something. Customers understand that you have to use shortened names. You should develop a standard and use it for all customers. I use the first 8 characters of their domain name, which is a commonly used standard. |
