Master reseller accounts

You should add a Master Reseller Plan. That way people can make sub-reseller accounts.

You can get a cheap script to do so with

WHMphp http://www.whmphp.com/

It works with cPanel and WHM

With HG's dedicated servers, the setting in WHM that allows reseller accounts to be created is enabled.
