Mass Mailing / Soap?

Hi there Host Gator. After reading reviews and doing research, you guys seem great, had some questions though.

If we were to use phpList, what is the max (or if any) emails we can send out per day with your shared hosting? And also with the dedicated hosting?

Also, we have components based on php SOAP extensions. I just wanted to be sure that is installed, or can be installed on the shared servers.

The mail policy is found at http://www.hostgator.com/mailpolicy.shtml (link comes from the Terms of Service.) I believe that SOAP extensions are either installed or can be but you should contact sales (at) hostgator.com for a definitive answer.
