No problem posting when you think you have a problem. I know support is difficult to get answers from. Some times I wonder if they even care if my site is down.

Its always good to use email support rather than chat support. It gives them more time to think about the problem. It also creates a ticket that you can reference later.

It seems to be having difficulties most of the day.

Starting to wonder if it is my site bogging down the server.

If it is can the admin's email me at jz1977@yahoo.com so I can clean up one of the accounts.

but, yes there are problems on this side too.

We have caught a few users that were causing the issues on the server. It is currently under reboot and all should be good to go in about 5-10min

Yes it was my site as suspected.

Sorry about that everyone. As said in the ticket the site will be cleaned ASAP when service gets turned back on.

I have learned it is not an aswome idea to overuse the .randhtml function. However, it was a mistake learned.

Again, this fell on my part and I am glad to cooperated with the support team.
