Managing DNS Records

I now have several domains (one primary, a couple of addon) with nameservers pointed to HG. It looks like I can make certain host record changes indirectly via cPanel (e.g park, redirect, change MX), but I cannot directly add an A or CNAME record. That's OK, but I would like to specify an SPF record for one of my domains. Anyone know if and how I can do that with a shared, non-reseller account?

Do I also have it right that with a reseller account I'd get WHM, and that would allow me to mess with host records?

I know I can get this info from HG support. Just thought I'd ask here first.

On a shared account, you need to ask HG to add DNS records.

On a reseller account, you can change all the domains DNS records on your own.
