I have to admit I'm confused. I want to add my Terms of Service when customers sign-up on the order page. I'm using WHM Autopilot [Version: 3.2.63-[1599n]]. But I can't figure out how to add them. The page it sends customers to when they click view TOS at the payment screen is empty (it does actually say Terms of Service Agreement Created 12-31-1969... but nothing else). The page is inside a folder on my server called /order/terms_of_service.php (I can't edit this page because its encrypted with something called Zend...by the way someone else installed WHM Autopilot for me and I can't locate him. But I think this file is part of WHM Autopilot and not something he designed). Inside WHM Autopilot there is something called Manage Agreements which seems to be where I should be able to add my TOS. But nothing I do there changes the /order/terms_of_service.php page. Is anyone familiar with adding TOS using WHM Autopilot? Or any ideals how to edit php pages that are encrypted.

Why not just point it to another page that contains your own TOS?
All you have to do is make a rewrite rule for /order/terms_of_service.php to point to /order/my-tos.php
