Major kudos for James LaVoy!!

I had an issue with getting SSH keys working on my Linux dedi. You can see the exchanges in this thread.

One suggestion I would like to make is to have the info from this thread included in your KB article. The way the article reads SSH Keys can be set up by your admins, when in fact for me there was quite a bit to do on my end, which the KB did not make clear.

Not only am I super impressed with how helpful James was. I went into Live Chat to try to resolve this and he came to help!! I understand this almost unheard of for admins. This case has had a very good outcome for me. I am sorry I did not have the chat id but it was from today on domain craigbosley.com if you want to look it up.

Further I will say with regard to other tickets I am always happy to see when it is assigned to James as I know it will be done right!!

Again it is a pleasure to work with James! I wish he were in live chat more often.
