Default Is mailserver info provided on the signup email?

Hi,

Quick question... I know that the email from HG after signing up will have the server information for webhosting.

Will it also have the email server info (MX)?

Thanks,
eagle

Actually, I have to put that information at network solutions where I registered the domain. There's a field there also that defines the mail server location (e.g., mail.domain.com).

Thanks,

When HG sends you your info., just change the NS to point to HG from network solutions, that's all... Your account will have your MX setup for you. Unless you are are having your email hosted elsewhere?? Then you would change it at your account with HG.
Why did you get a domain from Network solutions? Rather expensive from them??

Thanks Teeja.

I've had my domains with them since mid 90s.

Just never bothered to move them.
