Anyone else having trouble sending out email from mercedes? Every time I try to send to an email address that's not on the mercedes server, I get the following error message:
Code:

recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

Drop a ticket into support, sounds like a problem with the gateway
EDIT: are you trying to send it to email@address.com? or did you change that from your email? |

The issue should be resolved now. It looks like the Mercedes server had a secondary IP added to our monitoring system which is where we get our allowed server IPs from on our gateway. Sorry about that.
