I am having a problem getting an e-mail to a new customer... his e-mail is coming from domain... mail.ru I sent this on the 9th and it just now came back for the 3rd time....
SMTP error from remote mailer after DATA: host mxs.mail.ru [194.67.23.20]: 503 Administrative prohibition -- access from this ip address is blocked. Please use your ISP smtp-relay. Contact abuse@corp.mail.ru can anyone help

i think you should contact support@hostgator.com for fast response
 the longest time they take to answers in 24 hours...
