Mail handler

Anyone know of a good (secure) mail handler we can use without too much customisation?

Ideally it will optionally allow an email to the form submitter, an email to us and store the data in a file (CSV/MySQL).

I would actually recommend a custom solution. Keep in mind, I don't know all your requirements, but it sounds like you could have something written for about $100.
