I have two e-mail addresses associated with different accounts/domains hosted here and for some reason, with the EXACT same configuration (exact meaning the same settings/format, mail server information specific for each domain, user name format, etc), one account works fine (both sending and receiving) and the other one does not. Any ideas?
Thanks- Smoke |

on the one that doesn't work, try making your username your full email addy instead of just the username (assuming it's not already this way of course)

using the IP worked - both accounts/sites have been live for quite awhile so I wouldn't have guessed there were be an issue with propogation but if it works, why question it...
