Thank you hostgator for helping me build my business! I love your managed technical services, as they helped me become PCI Compliant, and ensure my clients are PCI compliant.
![]() I would've spent thousands with all the support resources I used, but I did not spend a penny for any support requests! (I opened almost 150 tickets in the past few months, just tweaking my servers to the way I want it.) ![]() P.S. While I experienced awesome email support, live chat has been almost useless for technical support. I only use live chat to escalate my tickets, because I never had good luck with a live chat support rep.
