Love on the Live Chat

I wanted to say that I love the LiveChat system, because there have been many times (and I don't know why) for some reason, when I change my cPanel password, sometimes the system screws up and I have to contact tech support to get the password problem straightened out.

I just like being able to get assistance and back to work within a few minutes, and not having to wait on hold for 30+ minutes to talk to a human (I've never used the phone support ever, simply because the LiveChat system has been able to take care of any of my problems so far).

The tech support staff is very knowledgeable about the products and the servers.... And best of all, I get the questions answered and problems fixed without getting a run-around like some other places will do to "get you to the right person" (which is sort of annoying in my opinion).
