In love with the Gator!

These past 2 weeks I had been having a few issues with my sites partly because my fault of not setting up the WordPress plugins right and for some other not so smart mistakes. Anyways, Hostgator has been there to help every time I have needed their help!!
Always responding fast and efficient and at the same time educating so that I can learn and avoid the same mistakes.

This morning went I left home to go to classes all my websites were working fine, but when I came back one of them had all the posts were gone and I almost cried at the thought of having lost all my posts that I had worked so hard on writing up and all that.

I searched left and right for what the problem was, anyways after a bit I went to try if my backup plugin was working!! But it was not, I almost lost all hope and went to look at the database on PHPadmin and there was an error something about the database crashed.

Thats when I decided to contact LIVE CHAT support! And I was amazed at the speed I was helped and everything went smoothly... I almost man hugged the guy that was on the other side of the screen hehe. Anyways, I am very grateful for being a customer of Hostgator because I know they got my back every time. I think they have been there even more than some of my previous girlfriends!
