lots of questions need new reseller asap

Hi i am in a reseller hosting situation right now that is aweful. They have bad support, lots of downtime and the like.

they have a ton of bandwidth and disk space, great features, use whm and cpanel with fantastico and offer autopilot for extra monthly cost and set up fee and they are really cheap! but the downtime is not acceptable anymore.

anyway, on with the questions:

can i set up one domain in whm and say it is www.blah.com then set up a sub domain blee.blah.com but create a seperate hosting account just for that sub domain? so i can go to www.blah.com/cpanel and blee.blah.com/cpanel and have two accounts but only need to buy one domain name.

how big is the company?

is your 1-866-gator number toll free? sometimes they trick you with those numbers.

how long does it usually take to set up a reseller account? you guys offer a lot of free extras but i assume something like enom and whm and whm autopilot would need seperate registration.

How long have you been in business?

is whm and whm autopilot the same thing? or do they work in harmony?

do you have a data center or are you reselling from the planet data center?

What are your emergency backup and generator support (encase of power outages) methods? same as planet data?

I see you guys have some great flash tutorials on your site. is there any way we can downlaod the flash files and take out the logo or do you have a logoless one that you offer for us to upload to our sites? or can we directly link to a tutorial without going to your site and leaving ours? like through a pop up with no nav buttons or an iframe?

what about transferring domains to the enom service that you offer for free, does that cost anything?

also do you offer any type of extra space for the main account or does that have to be on the reseller account too? the last place gave me a ton of space and bandwidth with unlimited everything for free that was not attributed to the reseller account at all.

You say that you only allow 2checkout old methods as a gateway. are you planning on upgrading that to the new one? can you get an old version of the 2 checkout account if you never had one before or do they only sell the updated version?

how often do you upgrade your services like whm, fantastico (which is no longer fantastico, scripta now i think.), and cpanel? Do you charge us to upgrade or is it a global thing? my current host is using cpanel xp 9.4.1-edge 85 with scripta not fantastico which allows a ton more scripts.

are your servers running linux/apache, windows server software or something else?

Reseller accounts re typically setup within 12 hours, but we ask that you allow at least 24 hours - especially if paying via PayPal. eNom requires registration which is also quickly setup, but AutoPilot can be added right away. Just submit an email and ask a support tech to give you access to WHM AutoPilot.

WHM (Web Host Manager) will come pre-installed on all reseller accounts. This is the software that allows you to create, modify, and remove your resold accounts. WHM AutoPilot is an add-on that integrates with WHM to allow you to do more things, such as automatic account creation.

Domain transfers cost $8.50 and include 1 year of registration.

What you will receive with your main account is what is listed on our account info. Currently, we are offering an additional bonus GB of disk space on all packages (this extra GB is included in the figure shown)

I'm not sure where you read this info, but you are free to use any payment gateway that you choose. Paysystems, PayPal, 2checkout, etc.

We upgrade as soon as new software has been released to gold and tested by our staff. There are no fees associated with any of our software upgrades.

Our servers operate on an Apache over Linux platform.
