Default Lost account

I lost an account on Chryseler. It didn't show up in 'list accounts', but wouldn't let me recreate it because of a 'duplicate username'. I removed and readded but that didn't work. HostGator had to remove the account manually and when I recreated it, it finally came back (without content). Anybody else seeing this or other strangeness?

Steve

On a similar topic, has anybody been through the recovery process? Can they get HTML and mysql and stats, etc? Anything they can't get? How long did it take?

Support did a good job getting the account back, but says they can't get AWSTATS historical data back:

No unfortunately, It's not possible to recover the old awstats data.

Sincerely,
Has anybody else been through this process and had the same issue?

Thanks,
Steve
