Looking for WP expert for contract work

I have a client who wants to get a new site up quickly. They want blogging, YouTube links, very small on-line store, form page so visitors can register to download "white papers", a handful of static pages.

I think WordPress is my best solution and I'm happy to learn WP, but I need to get this up and running quickly, and time is short.

I'd like to contract the whole thing out, including

• theme selection (little or no customizing of the theme is expected)
• installation
• plug-in/module selection and installation
• identify and implement other start-up functions as necessary

In future, I will take over administration after I learn more about WP (I have used othe CMS'), so your responsibilities will not be ongoing.
