Looking for a Joomla programmer
Hope this isn't the wrong place to post this.
A friend of a friend is looking for a joomla programmer with a year or more of experience. I know there are several here who use it, so it seemed like a good place to ask, and would seem out of place on one of the other boards. Define what is meant by "Programmer". Does that mean someone who can make existing software jump through hoops, or does it means someone who actually writes new software for Joomla?
