How long till I can see the other forums?

I signed up a few days ago and was wondering when I'll have full access to the forums.

It can take a few days. You can email jay@hostgator.com with your username, domain, servername and forum username if you wish and let him know that it has been over 72 hours since forum signup.

Hi again,

It's been well over a week and I still can't see the forums. I emailed jay@hostgator.com 7 days ago and haven't heard back. The private forums should show up under the support forums correct? Or am I looking in the wrong place?

Do you have access yet? I'm still waiting too...I joined hostgator last Thursday and signed up on the boards Friday. PM'ed GatorJay Monday but still have no access to Shared forums.

It seems to be going a bit slow, but I don't think it is Jay's priority job. When he does do one of you, he will likely do you all.
