Long running processes on windows hosted site

I need to run a [background] process which updates my MSSql database once per week. Takes approx 30 minutes to run. I need to be able to launch this process from a hosted asp.net web site using a browser interface. I've tried using:

Dim updateProcess AsNew System.Diagnostics.Process

in order to get a handle to a .exe task that I can start, but I get a security exception saying basically "its not allowed". Does anyone know a way of starting a process from a web interface to do what I want.

No you can't it would be a serious exploit for server.
