Positive Long long time customer

I just paid one more invoice one of a gazillion (just made that word up) invoices with HostGator.
Actually here is what the billing software says my status is:

I actually thought I had been with them longer seems like forever.
I have never had a problem with them except a few times (HG changed everyone's password without prior notice, they won't allow overselling for the resellers) but honestly that is it. I gave them a hard time when I felt they deserved it, but in the end all things were made okay. I even had to talk to the owner once to get something straightened out but he did it. They even installed software to help me with my educational site without so much as a hesitation that might have been a major infraction but it did impress me that they would go all the way for customer support.
I almost ditched HostGator for my reseller that I had to go with to get the reseller account I wanted the way I wanted, but after much debate internally I decided to keep on with them even though it is just a shared hosting package. After all the other reseller give me fits about LaTex installation for one and I can't ever get them on the phone. So great support phone wise and going that extra mile is why they won my vote and I am still a HG customer.

I made time to shoot down at the company when I saw something that peeved me I didn't want to be unfair and not give you full credit and gratitude about all the great things that I have experienced as a customer.
The only craw in my bonnet seriously now currently is the whole bit about Overselling. It is sad that I have had to use another company due to this issue. It is costing me way more than it would for me to use HostGator for reselling but that is the dilemma that I am in.
Well the whole bit about inodes is not setting to well with me either. I don't know if that applies to resellers or not can't recall.
