A recent post from a HG staff member said they were currently working on a maximum of 2 hours to respond to a ticket. You should contact Live Chat and ask them for an update on the status of your ticket.

I just had a chat tech tell me that it was a 24hr respons time with tickets.
I have a server which has had port 80 going in and out for 2 days now, after numerous requests it still remains unresolved.

Talk with chat techs and they can escalate the ticket for you. Works for me.
