Hi,
ive recently signed up, I can log into the billing section, but i cant log into the tickets section. have logged a ticket about this earlier today, but havent had any update emails. and thus cant check on status of this or another ticket ive lodged. Ticket ID: UJM-789056 would also love an answer to Ticket ID: QAV-689300 so I can start my move.. Cheers Craig |

Hello,
We recently made some changes to our Ticket System, and the correct password is emailed to you when you try to sign in. Any phone or live chat technician can have this password delivered to your primary contact email. I am sending that password to your email on file, now. If you still cannot login to the Tickets System, please simply send a new email to support@hostgator.com and we will continue to help you. Thank you. |

i get the emails you mention when i put in a password... problem is that the password in the email is blank " Sorry for the trouble! We see that you were not able to login to your account on our support system. As a result of the new system change, some passwords needed to be changed. just attempted again and the password mailing feature has been fixed, so i can log into the new system.

Alright, good to hear. We have an internal password retrieval utility, and I emailed you your password that you had. It's probably a different one if you just now reset it.
