I am new in the family of Hostgator and icome from Germany. Actually, I am very enthusiastic about what is at Hostgator for this price offered everything gets.

I have other root servers at strato and 1 & 1 and the support is very, very bad sometimes for up to two days waiting time for support. At Hostgator voted within 10 minutes and help answer to my questions.

I have this problem on my Webhosting package the load gets up to 47 + and websites are not responding. Partial Load is the several hours between 30 and 40

Is this normal or condition can be assumed that any maintenance work (File Check) or spam to blame.

Translation is fine. A load of 47 is very high. Don't look at the load numbers, they are not a good indicator of system operation. If you find the system is slow, put in a ticket. If not, just ignore the high load.

A load of 47 should not be expected and would not be something I would expect you to see too often. HG is very good at monitoring load.
