I think it would be helpful to configure LivePerson so that when someone at Hostgator types a response, the pop up window is on top. Sometimes while I'm waiting for an answer I'm doing something else and don't know that there's an answer for me 'cause the window is behind what I'm working on. The support person is then waiting for me.

I'm certain I've used it this way at other sites.

It does that for me sometimes.. make sure java is enabled

That would be nice if the window poped up or made a sound. Perhaps you should email LivePerson's developer.
