Unfortunately LivePerson has again gone down again, and now is taking an excessive amount of time to respond. There's nothing we can do about this as we contract their software and services from them. We're still working on an in house Live Chat system which will be much better than the current one but currently if you're having an issue a phone call and ticket are the options to use.

LivePerson is not owned by HG. As Ford said, HG is working on a chat service but right now use this third party service which is having server problems right now.
