Live Supported down?

For the past few days I've been trying Live Support, but all I keep getting is timeout pages and page cannot be displayed.

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at server.iad.liveperson.net.

Are you running any adblocker? if not make sure your cookies are enabled, I would also recomend clearing all your private settings such as cache/cookies etc to do so go tools >> clear private data and select the options applicable.

Besides the adblocker extensions, Firefox also has an option (tools menu, options) to block pop-ups, which can be disabled for individual sites, so check there, as well.
