I'm trying out the Live Support. But everytime I click on it, I get a "Not Found" Error. It states that "The requested URL /hc/33645339/ was not found on this server.".
As I'm in Asia, I can only rely on Live Support and the Ticketing System for technical support. Phone is out of the question since overseas calls are expensive. Thus, I will like to ensure that I'll be able to access at least some of the support channels available before signing up. Kindly advise. Thanks. |

I'm still getting the same "Not Found" error message. I've tried both IE and Firefox and both giving the same error.
I disabled Apache on my PC and tried again. This time I get "Unable to connect" error. I tried pinging "server.iad.liveperson.net" and got a reply from 127.0.0.1 which doesn't look right. Any assistance will be appreciated. |

Ok, it's confirmed to be a problem on my side. I've tried accessing with my other PC and it works perfectly. Not sure what's the problem though.
Whatever the case, thanks for the willingness to help. It portrays a really good image of Host Gator. I'll seriously consider signing up really soon. Thanks again. |

I did the same thing, I used the text chat and called support late one night and got someone both time, so that sold it for me.
