Howdy all.
Im a relativly new HG customer, and im loving the hosting already - i do however have one or two niggling problems. All mainly with the live chat system. I used to be with RZ (ResellerZoom) who used PHPLive as their live support system and IMO this is a much better system that here at HostGator. For example, on close of chat you can rate the helpfullness of the support/sales rep. When a message is received a sound is produced (So we dont have to keep looking at the chat window to see if there has been a reply - Those of us who like to multi-task) And by the looks of it, on the phplive site. (http://www.phplivesupport.com/) it has lots of other features for support/sales reps. Im not too annoyed with the current one, i just think phplive is better. But maybe you have your reasons for not using it? Thanks, Flubber

HG used to have phplive but there were far to many problems (losing connections,...) and switched to the current system.

I've read that it had some problems back in 2004 with a lot of people, but ive been told its much better now.
