My Live support chat KEEPS CRASHING and nobody is able to tellme why. It is so frustrating to have spent the last three days speaking to technicians who are more than willing to help me, but the chat box keeps crashing. PLEASE advise me as to why this may be.

I advice you to give more information.
Like: what browser(s) you are using, what is your operating system?

It might also help to know what type of issue you are having that you need help with. Live Chat is not the best option for all problems. You could also try submitting a ticket and the techs may be able to help or explain the problem and someone here might be able to help.

The chat technicians have always been extremely helpful, friendly and have always solved my problems . It is due to their fantastic support service that I am so distressed by the chat box crashing.

I am using the latest version of firefox. I'm sorry, I'm not aware of what kind of information you may need, I am a relative novice with computer's!

Problems either came from your end or from the hosting service itself. Sometimes, giving enough information to support your problem tends to receive a quick response and a solution for those who have experienced the same thing in the past.
