I finally found the reseller company for me....

You guys are simply great....

And I'm a very very demanding customer.....I do care where I leave my money so I decided when the company opens to become Your reseller...

Your support is also absolutly great...

Now before we open I have 2 Live Example questions and would like to know how to do this things in WHM as I also have my first hosting customers waiting for us to open....

1.My customer will have 5 domains and instead of buying 5 plans he will buy one bigger and just redirect all the other domains to their proper directory as a root...How can this be done via WHM???

domain2.com
domain3.com
domain4.com

will point to
public_html/domain1/
public_html/domain2/
public_html/domain3/
public_html/domain4/

2.If a customer decides to move his files to my hosting does he has to wait 12-48h for DNS to refresh before uploading his files or he can do that via IP before DNS refreshes?

That is called a parked domain. When you create his account from whm you will just give x amount of parked domains. After hes created he will control them himself from his control panel.

He can upload second you create him using the ip address. Of course his domain name wont actually work until 24-48 hours of proprogatoin times goes by.

he will aslo be able to view his site from the web before his dns kicks in at http://ip/~username/
