Right,
I couldn't save my files as I had gone over Quota, so I upped the quota and then deleted 2 extremely large zip files totalling 3ish GIG. After about 30 minutes to an hour the 3GIG that should have disappeared from my quota but it hadn't so I contacted live chat. Live chat Gator Pat was talking to me for around 20 minutes trying to resolve it, he contacted an admin about the situation and continued to try and resolve the situation. Even when I said I’d submit a ticket he asked me to hold on a little longer if I could. Unfortunately the path he went down to resolve it didn't work and he said it may be a resync issue and I should give it some time for the quota to update and was sorry he couldn't fix it. Now around 2 hrs after deleting the first file the quota has gone up for that file so it was a case of waiting for it to resync. But the moral of this little story is that Gator Pat went way beyond the customary level of support that live chat usually gives, and that of which you should expect. 5 stars for Gator Pat and his overwhelming attempt to resolve my situation.
