Default Live Chat issues
We are currently experiencing some issue with out Live chat system. We are working with the provider to get the issues resolved. You may experience random disconnects and slow times in the Live chat system right now. The phone system is still working, if you are having issue with Live chat please call in 1-866-96-GATOR (1-866-964-2867) or submit a ticket to support@hostgator.com

Be patient. There isn't someone sitting at there computer refreshing to see any new forum members that need verifying... at least I don't think so anyway.
