so far I have been very happy with HG and the service that I have gotten. support has alway been very hepfull and quick. but the knowledgebase has been kind of lacking (though I must admit that I am not the most patient person and my abilities are those of a beginer) any detial. I would like to see step by step kind of stuff or some thing for beginers. A beginers section? Theres so much information out there. Some stuff is well written and others well I would guess it for more advanced users (programers). I guess I would just like to see a little more information from HG and some referal links to relatted information.
