Yes, please let us know what is happening with Lincoln. I'm starting to receive phone calls from clients. It would be good if I could let them know what is going on and how long they can expect their email and web service to be down.

The data center is reporting an IP conflict causing the lincoln server to appear down. The data center is working to resolve the network issue affecting this server. We do not currently have an ETA but we will keep you updated.

The server just regained ping. We are checking all services now to make sure everything is back online.

Just received the following reply from email support:

"Lincoln suffered an extremely high load due to a run away process this morning and we were forced to reboot it. Currently, the server is rebuilding the RAID array and should be online soon."

So, which is it? IP conflict, or rebuilding because of a reboot?

The server was offline due to an IP conflict. The server lost ping instantly due to this and not because of a high load.Can you provide me with the ticket ID that includes this response?

Everything has been back up for a while now.

We're on the phone with theplanet still. It's a screwup on their end with dns which should be resolved in a few minutes. If it was in our control it woudln't have happened.
